You'll get your mail if and when they decide to deliver it. Mail is always behind as much as a week. USPS has been ruined by Congress. Nobody can justify turning it into a gigantic mess. We had the mail on time when the sorting facility was in Madison. It worked then and now it doesn't. Go figure. Understaffed and no new investment. I think venture capitalists will swoop in and they'll go private, potentially making it worse than before. There is no accountability for wrecking it.

My normal mail lady is amazing, but the bald guy with the red beard behind the counter is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He always has an attitude every interaction I've ever had.

We went to get passport, and they said they couldn't do passports for many months. Never sent an email and just wasted our time. We waited 3 weeks for this appointment and only have 2 months to get it now. Extremely unprofessional. Multiple others were in line for a passport appointment as well

Came in for my passport appointment and the worker told me to get in the back of the line after I had been standing in the line and the other guy had to tell her I was in line. Long story short an appointment I set 2 months ago did not fall through because the person who does passports was not in office and they still allowed me to make an appointment online, I ended going to limestone county to get my passport which they were very helpful and fast. Do not waste your time coming here for a passport appointment because they are rude, non reliable, and unprofessional. Try another county over.

I had a horrible experience at this USPS location, and unfortunately, this wasn’t my first time dealing with the same unprofessional behavior. The staff is consistently rude, especially one of the older women who works there. Instead of being helpful, they often wait until customers have stood in line for a long time before telling them what they can or can’t do. Their attitudes are dismissive and unwelcoming, and they make a huge deal about the smallest things — like what kind of tape a customer uses. It’s incredibly frustrating. Most of the time, you’ll see staff laughing, chatting, or walking around while only one or two stations are open, which causes even longer wait times. I’ve personally seen multiple people leave the line because of how rude and unhelpful the employees are. What’s even more disappointing is how impatient and disrespectful they are toward elderly customers who clearly need extra help. Instead of offering patience and kindness, they respond with attitude or smart remarks. It’s unacceptable for a public service office that should be built on professionalism and courtesy. To make matters worse, they try to charge outrageous prices for simple things like tape — over $20 for a full roll — when a small piece to help seal a package would’ve been enough. It feels like they go out of their way not to help people. Something truly needs to be done about the staff and management at this location. Their behavior creates unnecessary stress for customers, and it makes what should be a simple visit to the post office extremely unpleasant every single time.
