I shared with him that it said they did online and then I pointed out the machine on the counter. He made a call because he could not use the elementary machine. He said I needed to wait until Monday. YIEKS! Train your employees!!! …A simple machine!!! It takes maybe 3 minutes to spiral one book! ….Not rocket science: …and we live in The Rocket City! I also recommend more than one employee opening at 10 am on a Saturday. Ten people walked in with me.
