- CGCatherine GarveyOct 22, 20251.0The lady on duty today was not very welcoming, not even “Hello Welcome” when I enter the door, instead yell at me “ Do you have QR code? My internet is down.” I had few visits and the other associates are nice and friendly NOT today visit though ☹️ just sharing my disappointment. Driving 30 mins just to get to this location btw.

- NNNancySep 21, 20251.0Please if you want your item to get where it should be, do not come to this location!I've had really bad experience here. One, is rudeness of the employees. Second, I dropped an Amazon return off at this location and it never made it back to Amazon. I had a bad feeling when I dropped it off. The employee that took the return never gave me the receipt for it. I went to the location later after Amazon took the money back out of my account for it not arriving, and let the associate on duty know that another associate stole my item, and she said that she would give my information to the manager, who would call me. She never did call me. In all my years of buying from Amazon, I have never had a return that didn't make it back to Amazon. The associate that took my item didn't even look like he was old enough to work there.
