- JSJohn S2 days ago1.0Bought the value pack of Black Yellow, Magenta and Cyan. The Cyan was DOA. The others all worked. Of course the printer won't even work in black and white mode if cyan is out. It's always cyan, isn't it? Tried to return it, but, No! I'd have to give up the working cartridges. NFW I'm doing that given how temperamental these printers are. $189 bucks down the tubes and no help from Staples. No help whatsoever. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
