There was a man ahead of me that she was very patient with as he couldn’t retrieve his codes for about ten mins. She helped me reprint the defect from the kiosk at the same time she was finishing up with that gentleman. Before she helped me 2 other employees disappeared to the back. I don’t know who needs to hear this but give Kay a raise and make her a manager! There are rarely people you see hustling on the job to not only provide customer service but shorten the line. Give her her credit and promote her!

The ladies there were more than helpful. They were patient, kind, and understanding. When I went to pick up my print out THEY WERE BEAUTIFULLY done! My grief has my mind all over the place and I cant remember the young lady that assisted me but THANK YOU!! Wonderful experience during a difficult time.
