Im getting so furious with our mail lady about this recurring issue. her manager doesn't care customer service doesn't care!!! Its ridculous!

- KDKimberly DyeMay 10, 20171.0During construction of Brooklane Drive they refused to deliver. Jefferson county removed our mailbox and the carrier wouldn't get out and bring mail in. We even offered to come out and get it since she is afraid of dogs and we are pet spa. If she would call we was more than happy to come out to her. We went so long that we missed our renewal of the city buissnes license and had to pay a penalty to renew. The construction was difficult for all of us a compromise would be helped everyone.
