I was given false hope about delivery while my time and money were wasted. I shipped the same package through a different location and it got delivered in 2 days without issue. I recommend avoiding this place.

I called and Kalyn helped me with the steps I needed to take with the hotel, and when she had the electronics in her possession. She called me, texted photos, and mailed it back to us. I am so grateful that there are such great people in our world even when we sometimes question that. Thank you to Kalyn and UPS! Great service , great location !
