There wasn’t a single soul waiting in line when we arrived at 9:45 am (15 minutes early) … Kevin, the no-personality jerk finally decided to greet us after we stood there for a solid 30 seconds waiting to be called forward. We told him we were here for our passport appointments and then he took our names: “Your appointment is at 10. It’s 9:45, have a seat in the waiting area and we will be with you when it’s time” No problem, I thought. These postal workers aren’t normally the most cheerful of people and I get it. The appointment was not until 10 and god forbid we were there early. So, as I assumed what would happen did… more people started coming in and low and behold guess who didn’t come out to see us right at 10… since apparently appointments with the post office is that important…. Still though. No big deal… we finally get to talk to someone at 10:10 and then we are told to fill out some additional paperwork. The nicer employee next to Kevin even acknowledged that we could have been filling this out especially since we arrived early. To keep from making a longer story longer … what could have been an in and out visit turned into over an hour of our time wasted. I move it to 2 stars because we did at least get what we came to get done completed…. But just the overall incompetence from the employee Kevin is borderline hysterical. Something straight out of a Bukowski novel lol
