No one answers the phone. I have tried calling several times over the course of three days and cannot get any one to pick up the phone. Is there a rating lower than one star?

One of the worst post office I have ever been to. Sadly, I’ve grown up here so it’s been the main post office of my life. I’ve lived other places like Atlanta and California and I still by far will say this is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. I don’t have high expectations from people with government jobs because I get it. You’re underpaid and not respected. But there are used to be a thing where like our taxes pay for the post office . Their pay checks and like it’s a known labor To package THINGS?? so like when you went there, you would have all the tools you need to send the postage since you’re paying for the postage. I don’t know when they started telling you that they couldn’t tape a label on your package. Or your box closed??Because you would have to buy a whole roll of tape for them to do that. As I need four pieces of packaging tape and we are at the post office I would think since I’ve been to many other post office before, and that was included in their budget as well as their job to package stuff. That they would be doing that with tape. I’m not sure how they can do their job properly and package all the materials They need to ship without tape so I don’t know why I would buy an overpriced roll of packaging tape for you to do your job. That’s just one instance, I won’t talk about the many instances before where people have literally yelled at me while they’re coughing in their hands during Covid… and you have a bunch of ladies who hate their life and their job so they take it out on the customer.. but whatever again it’s a government job not high expectations but jeeez, if you can choose any other post office, I would probably do so!!!

Did a hold mail request, once online & once in person. …Mail was never held 😂. Also ended up just paying $25 for a new lock/key. I never got the new lock. Never got my old mail that should’ve been held. & I’m also still not getting any new mail because they won’t change the locks, even after I paid $25. How are they not shut down? Interesting! 🧐
