    Thank you for doing an incredible job producing the programs for my mother’s funeral. The cardstock and printing were outstanding and she would be very pleased! I also appreciate how quickly you completed the project. 🙏🏻

    I came in this evening in a panic after very rudely being told by staff members at Office Depot they didn’t know what to tell me and were unable to help me with my order after having previously told me they could do it. Luke and his staff immediately treated me with kindness & were MORE than willing to help get exactly what I wanted. I truly can not thank them enough for being so kind and saving the day! my event would not have been the same without them! 10/10 recommend.

    Printed my wedding programs off of Canva to this location. Had a pretty bad alignment issue that due to how CANVA sends the orders they could not contact me about. When I came to pick them up the team was very upfront about the alignment issue and immediately began discussing a resolution. Veronica was amazing and let me know that if I could adjust the PDF and send it to her she'd get them re-printed and folded for me. I was a mess leaving the store; wedding planning has been rough this week, and to be honest I wasn't too optimistic about the re-print. Veronica was kind and patient as I sent the updated file to her and even quality checked the first document I sent. She encouraged me to save it as a different file for print quality and we got a great file over to her. She had the fresh and perfect reprints ready for me today and I couldn't believe it was that easy. Thank you so very much, Veronica!

    My husband and I came here for the 1st time a few days ago. Everything was going smooth until the system wouldn’t print the shipping label. We paid for next day shipping $57.05. Betty (the woman that was originally helping us) couldn’t figure out what was going on and the order wouldn’t pull up in they system even though it printed out our receipt showing that the order was placed and paid for. She then asked for help from Victoria or Veronica (I can’t remember what her name is but it’s one of those 2). Victoria/Veronica was annoyed that she had to figure this matter out. She was rude to us as if we did something wrong. She kept saying she don’t know and she can’t refund because she can’t find the order. She then called her higher up for help, I guess they explained to her how to stop the shipment and how to refund our money back. After she got off the phone with her higher up she then answered the phone for someone else and started to help them with their matter, didn’t tell us anything that was going on she just left us standing there. Then with her still on the phone and not acknowledging us at all she puts a refund receipt on the counter and walks away to continue to help others!! Again she still hasn’t said a word to us about the matter she just walked away, I asked her what was going on and she put her finger up and told me to hold on. I then asked Betty to help us again seeing as she refused to help or tell us anything. Mind you we have been in there for 1.20 hr at this point. Then Betty ran into the same issue when trying to process my shipment again. She looked at her colleague for help again and she just put her hand up like she is over it and isn’t going to try to figure it out!! I then suggested to Betty that she tries to use a different computer seeing as no one else is having issues using other computers. It then finally worked!! Betty was amazing and professional!! Victoria or Veronica whatever her name is, needs not to work in customer service or she needs to take a class on how to properly do customer service!! If you hate your job find a new one!! You are a miserable human and should not be working in customer service!! Thank you Betty for all your kind help!
