  Delivery was right on time & the drivers/deliverers took great care of our packages! Will definitely order through IKEA again if this is the delivery company.

  Excellent experience start to finish! The communication was so easy - scheduling, tracking, last ‘heads up’ phone call. Everything was EXACTLY as described. Lawrence was wonderful: so polite, prepared, and totally professional. An excellent company representative. Assembled all pieces of furniture and took away all packing materials - part of ‘white glove delivery service’. Highly recommend!

  I would give it a zero but I don’t think I can. Horrible service! HORRIBLE! I ordered a washing machine from Lowe’s March 22, 2026. It was to be delivered Saturday March 28, between 4-8pm. At 9:19pm I received a text saying my washer was in its way. One minute later, I received a text saying it had been delivered. A picture was sent to me of the delivery, but it was not my home and the old washer was still sitting on my carport. It was not delivered as stated! I immediately called Lowe’s I ordered it from, they told me it came from a different Lowe’s. I called there as well as RXO. everyone kept telling me it was marked delivered but they would look into it. Sunday, I called both Lowe’s store, Lowe’s customer service as well as RXO. I called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday both in the morning and afternoon. Kept being told they would start a case (Lowe’s) or they would check into it and call me back within 24 hours. I was told a call with in 24 hours on 2 different days but I still have not received a call. What a disappointment with both Lowe’s and RXO! BTW, the picture of the “delivered” washing machine shows it is delivered to a warehouse. Why did the delivery guy mark it delivered when he knew darn well it WAS NOT delivered to the customer.
