At times mail takes excessively long to be received from when it was mailed and mail we send takes as long to reach the person it's being sent to. Personnel at the local po that we've used for 30+ years have always been courteous and helpful.

The service in general was slow, but the location was convenient. One of the postal workers refused to scan and accept my packages last December about two or three weeks before Christmas. She said I could put them in the bin outside the lobby. I left and have never been back. I took my packages to the downtown post office where they scanned and accepted them.
