- MHMr. HelmsDec 12, 20221.0They were quick to take my packages and my money. But when one of my orders got canceled a few hours later and I went back down there, there was no manager that could help. The lady at the register didn’t know what to do except give me a number to an office no one answers the phone at. Then I had to call customer service and they called me back hours later. They told me to go to another location to speak with a manager on snow dr. I did and The manager did not help. He tried to tell me the package was already mailed out on Friday even tho I went up there this morning (Monday) to do all this. I corrected him and he didn't care. I drove to 2 different places to resolve this and no one could help me or give me the correct information on what to do. So now I lost out on $100 dollars and merchandise. Beware!!! I hate how bad usps has become. They do not care about their customers anymore. I will continue to use the better carrier services in Birmingham. You lost a customer today.
