The delivery never arrived, I was never contacted of an issue, I was never contacted to change the date and time. I called in after the delivery time had passed and requested an update. They seem to route all service calls offshore and it is clear the support team isn't in direct contact with the actual delivery teams. They couldn't provide any updates and stated they had escalated by delivery and someone would call me. No one did. I called in midday the following day expecting to hear my package was enroute. It wasn't. They couldn't schedule my missed delivery now until several days later. I had an electrician schedule for installation on Sat. and was forced to cancel. I requested it be escalated and they stated they would send an email. Customer service is nice, but not equipped or able to actually assist. If not delivered by tomorrow, I will cancel my order with the purchaser and they can return the package.

The boxes were in pristine condition and the delivery men were courteous and professional. They placed the boxes exactly where I asked them to and how I asked them to. I would not hesitate to use them again.
