  I have ordered two mattresses from Sam's Club in the last month. Both deliveries were made by RXO. I could not be more pleased with their service. They keep you advised with every step of the delivery service. Both crews for my deliveries were professional in every aspect. If you get large item deliveries, make sure it is RXO that handles the delivery.

  My delivery of IKEA boxes today was excellent! The gentlemen who brought our shipment were professional, careful, and friendly. They were very kind to me and my toddler, who enjoyed watching them unload. Thanks for a great experience!

  My delivery was within the scheduled window and I received a call to let me know the driver was 10 minutes away. I like the map that gives updates on order pickup and truck on the road, and you can check to see where the truck is at any time. The drivers for RXO always work quickly and put my boxes right where I ask.

  They require a 12 hour window for delivery, for which most must take a day off work (myself included), and now claim to not have items that have clearly left the originating facility, and will not help you reschedule. Seems like they steal your items if big ticket. Good luck! If you have a choice in your delivery service, do not use them!
