- CJchris joeFeb 7, 20261.0FedEx in general is a joke, this place takes the cake. Had an “express” package sent to me on the 2nd, they attempted to deliver on the 4th. I was unfortunately at work so I couldn’t sign for it. The driver left a note saying they would attempt delivery again. It is now the 7th no word, attempt at re delivery or updates via the app or website. So I took it upon myself to go to the store to see what was going on only to be told it hasn’t been seen since the delivery attempt on the 4th but was checked back in by the driver at the warehouse. Meaning this store has gross incompetence or thieves working for them. So now I have to go through a whole process and paperwork all over because of the incompetence or theft going on in this store. Basically I strongly urge against using FedEx and especially this store unless you want a major hassle. The package in question just happened to be a brand new iPhone, what a coincidence.
