- JKJames KellyDec 16, 20251.0Horrible.. have has my package since monday.. so i come to pick it up the next day since it didnt get delivered.. the lady up front told me they didnt have it when it says clearly package received hollpond post office.. so I show her.. the she's like oh its here and scanned in but I cant give it to you cause we haven't sorted it.. I just drove an hour and a half to get here before close.. what have you been doing all day gossiping!
- MFMadison FrnkaDec 5, 20251.0They are going to be the reason so many families in the area won’t have christmas…i’m sure their logic is just “oh i will get it to them before christmas” “so i don’t feel like driving down the driveway and all of their stuff won’t fit in their mailbox so ill just make another round and put their package in rockford alabama” which is two hours out. selfish and lazy like go down the stupid driveway if it doesn’t fit. an absolute joke of a postal service. might as well just go to the office yourself and ask for your package because they will just take it to rockford if it doesn’t fit….

My number is painted on my large mailbox. Last package she put in somebody else’s mail box on a different road. Terrible!!!!!! She needs replaced.
- BRBrittany RussellApr 6, 20201.0Lots of lost mail, receive other people’s mail. Mail person delivers after 7pm a lot so she can’t see to put things in the correct boxes. The actual post office is absolutely wonderful always helpful and pleasant.
