- KRKate RichardsJun 4, 20251.0Save yourself some trouble and go to a different USPS office if you want anything done correctly. The blonde lady is horribly rude and has a terrible attitude. After seeing multiple other reviews about her, I’m surprised she still has employment here. I’ve tried to get my address changed and have been in that office over 6 times now to do so and STILL have yet to get it successfully changed after living here for over two months now. I’m very disappointed and I’ve wasted so much time. 👎🏼

Just didn’t feel like dealing with bad attitude and non courteous postal workers. I didn’t even mind if it was a crowd. Well I was so pleasantly surprised that the postal worker that waited on me was pleasant, professional, and courteous. And he treated everyone this way! I think I heard someone call him James (not sure). But thank you I’ve trained customer service professionals and you sir are the real deal.

- EHEmilia HeartSep 3, 20192.0Usually my packages come on time but lately my whole family has been having problems. It’s either mail we ship doesn’t deliver, or packages we ordered don’t come. The only way the packages actually get where they need to be is when we actually have to make a special trip to the post office to sort it out, and even then it takes a while for the mail to get to it’s destination. Whenever you try to call the post office to sort it out you have to spend a while on the phone with confusing recordings, and then on top of that you never even speak to another human. They should do something to fix this, and they should quit having all these confusing recordings, and just have an actual human answer the calls. If someone actually answered the calls instead of a recording, it would save people a lot of wasted time and confusion. Another problem we’ve had constantly is packages being delivered to our house that aren’t ours, and then we have to deliver them to the person they were meant to go to. The only reason I’m giving this post office a two star rating, is because of the excellent work they’ve done in the past. They need to fix whatever is going on, because I definitely never have to deal with anything like this when I’m getting packages from amazon or ups. Step up your game post office, and actually deliver the correct mail to the correct person on time.
