  Friendly employees but its too damn busy for 1 person. Wish people would stop moving here bc this use to be my favorite UPS location. I went 3 times today and there was a line to the door every time. I never got to drop my package off.

  Not helpful. Had a problem with a scheduled pickup. Had to drive the package to the store and then the staff refused to help get the pickup fee refunded stating “we’re just the equivalent of a UPS drop box.” Oh customer service where have you gone? I may as well use the USPS and ave the money.

  My company needed equipment packed very specific for fragile electronic items. When the items were received back at the corporate office, the IT staff raved that "this equipment was packed better than the original company" we bought it from. They were thrilled at the care put into our shipment by Stacey!
