- SGSamantha GilesNov 1, 20251.0It would be nice if my mail would actually get picked up when I put it in my mailbox the night before and the flag is up! Look up while driving!!! This mailman zoomed past my house while looking down at the mail in his lap, didn’t even bother to look and see if the flag on my mailbox was up or down, and didn’t even bother to slow down either! He also seemed to hate his job last year, when I would have a package delivered to my house, he was slamming them down on my porch, not even caring if there would’ve been anything breakable in the packages. I watched him do this to several of my neighbors as well. Do better Hazel Green post office!!!!!!!

- DJDena JacksonMay 18, 20222.0My mail/packages are rarely delivered to ME, they're usually delivered to my neighbor or God knows where else and we're constantly getting other people's mail. Reading over the reviews, it seems like this is a common issue with this post office. Something needs to be done about this! I'm new to the area and I've never had this issue before moving here. My mailbox (and those around me) are clearly labeled with the house number, there's no excuse for mail to be delivered to the wrong home.
