Not only does your customer service suck, but you also lie on the tracking of packages. You guys mark packages as delivered when they’re not. You’ve even gone so far this time as to say that I came to the post office and picked it up when I was at home the entire time. And as for the lady who delivers my mail, not trying to be rude, but is it really that difficult to read an address and deliver it to the correct home? The number of times that I’ve had people be kind enough to bring my packages to my home when it was delivered to their house and the number of times that I’ve had to take people their mail because it was delivered to my house is ridiculous! I completely understand now why the reviews are horrible! You guys do the same awful stuff to many of your customers. Shame on you! If you can’t do it right then please free up the job for a competent person who can 🙄😑

- PNPenne NorrisJan 26, 20261.0This post office is a joke! They constantly deliver other people’s mail to me while I don’t get my own mail that is addressed to me. My driver NEVER closes the door to my mailbox which causes problems when it rains. I have been expecting packages and sit in front of my living room window all day long waiting on the mail to come. When the postman came he left a note in my mailbox stating that there was no access to deliver the package. This has happened on more than one occasion. When I went to complain to the post office about these issues, their common reply is that I “have the best mail carrier there”. All I can say is thank God I don’t have the worst one!
