- MAMatias AybarDec 31, 20251.0Atrocious location. The staff that work at this location are DISRESPECTFUL and lack professionalism. Couriers who are too lazy and refuse to deliver packages, while making fradulent claims in stating package was delivered, or that an attempted delivery occurred and a note was left, when nothing of the sort occurs. Mail being constantly delivered in wrong mailboxes or not delivered at all. Disgraceful. This post office needs new management and an entire new staff. This has been going on for years.

I’ve had so many packages delivered to completely different streets and thankfully, honest neighbors brought them to me. I’ve gotten other people’s packages and had to track them down streets over. Several packages have said delivered but I never received them and customer service is no help at all. I’m surprised that this post office is kept open it’s literally the worst.

Then I checked the tracking on my package and it said they attempted to deliver my package, however there was no access for delivery so they couldn’t deliver it. Which is 🐂💩 because they could have put it in my mailbox. They could’ve brought it to my door. I do not live in a gated community so I don’t know how they attempted to deliver my package but had no access to deliver it . I received other packages from FedEx and UPS however, USPS had issues. If they didn’t have any access to deliver my package, they should not have been Out in a vehicle delivering packages. Today is Tuesday. This attempt was on Saturday. The next attempt was supposed to be on Monday.I went up to the post office Today Tuesday morning And I was informed that my package will be delivered today. It was already out for delivery today and this was at 8:30 this morning. I informed her that I was told on yesterday by a supervisor Over the phone that it will be delivered yesterday. I checked the app and was informed that it wasn’t delivered yesterday. The lady at the front desk tells me they were working till 1130 last night. if they were working till 1130 why I didn’t get my package from Saturday. In Steel even though I came up here to the post office physically I’m still had to leave without my package and it is 430 and my package still has not been delivered to my house. This is sad that everybody has the same issue out of this post office. Something needs to be done. I had to use a whole Nother post office and nearby city to straighten out my Forwarding address issue that was done online even after going up there they gave me the runaround and they were not helpful at all. They need new management, and workers. They need something. Something needs to be done about this location. When I was in there this morning The worker was just throwing boxes, just throwing them like they Didn’t got Anything in them, I mean I’m just throwing the Boxes like it was a competition. I wish they treat the delivery service system like it was a competition and get it done right

They often drop packages at business locations after hours when they’re not supposed to - they just don’t care if packages are damaged or stolen. Now their counter service asks for a smiley face review after the clerk serves you! What? I mean do you really think someone will hand over a valuable package and then rate you badly? Come on post office, use common sense!
