Packages are already 10 days late and 800# says they don’t guarantee unless you PAY MORE on top of the extra you’ve already paid!!! If I could give zero stars I would! So disappointed!! 😡

I gave them my photos and necessary documents and they got to work right away. I didn’t have an appointment and they were happy and willing to help me right before closing. I was thanking them over and over as my trip was right around the corner. They even helped me make corrections to my application and gave my baby a lollipop for being patient! They were super sweet and I will forever be thankful and I receive my expedited passport in a week!!!
