- ANann nicleyOct 15, 20251.0We were completely misled, by the Hartselle post office worker, to believe our packages would deliver per the date on our receipt since we PAID extra!! Packages are already 10 days late and 800# says they don’t guarantee unless you PAY MORE on top of the extra you’ve already paid!!! If I could give zero stars I would! So disappointed!! 😡

I gave them my photos and necessary documents and they got to work right away. I didn’t have an appointment and they were happy and willing to help me right before closing. I was thanking them over and over as my trip was right around the corner. They even helped me make corrections to my application and gave my baby a lollipop for being patient! They were super sweet and I will forever be thankful and I receive my expedited passport in a week!!!

Why ask when I want it started if you are picking your own date??? Very angry! I have tried several times to send an email and the damn website sucks and wont send says it has issues. You wonder why people dont like to use the post office anymore. Lost stuff, broken stuff, can't do your job right!!!! 😡

So I called them to return it to them, and what's funny is - since they don't answer the phone ever - I tossed the key in the garbage(it looks like a safe key). Oh well! Good luck with all that!
