- SGSamantha GillilandJul 24, 20251.0Back in May we had an accident with our dog which we are at fault for but the lady we have doing our route flies up and down our road. Multiple people on this route have asked her not to speed and she continues to do so. Today I called because she was speeding and a member of management kept rudely interrupting me and got nasty with me over the call. She kept insisting she doesn’t speed and this and that instead of listening to my concerns she talked over me and when the accident of my dog was brought up she rudely said well cage your dogs. As if I’m not already aware and my dog isn’t already dead because of the impact and her speeding. It took her from one end of my house to the other to even remotely get stopped that day. Then she said she’s sending safety out to see about moving our mailboxes if it’s such an issue and we don’t want her going down our road. All I wanted was a little accountability and for her to not be speeding. So not only does she get to speed where there are children and a bunch of blind spots, management gets to cover for her and act unprofessional. I don’t typically do reviews but I’m beyond upset with how I was spoke to today, and how everything has been handled. If I could give 0 stars I would.
