When I went to the post office to retrieve my package, they stated “ we do not deliver to Gulf State campground and that there would be a $17 interception fee.” Ridiculous!! Customer service is nonexistent. Said they couldn’t go back to get my package because they weren’t getting paid for it. So sad!!

I can't get these reptile bulbs local so I have to order online, only they are usually damaged in shipping even with big labels saying "GLASS BE CAREFUL". Now I have to find someone to drive to since I've been waiting for reshipments of the same product, only to arrive once again broken. Very displeased and will avoid from now on.
