- ANArthur NiedJan 31, 20263.0I've always had friendly and efficient counter service when I've had to go into the facility. Service at my mailbox is another matter. It's Saturday morning and thought I would call to find out why yesterday I received a Christmas card that was postmarked the middle of December - 6 weeks to deliver! I spoke with Susie who seemed a bit overwhelmed and somewhat dismissive of my inquiry. I'm on the north end of town and there have been occasions where I've gone an entire week without any mail service. I've given up on using the outgoing mail flag on my box since most of the time it does not get picked up. I even went to the extent of painting the flag on my box a very bright red in case they just could not see it - it didn't matter. Hopefully they are attempting to resolve their service problems but at this point I try to do anything other than use USPS.

If they don’t want to take it to my door , they could have left a note in my box and I would have picked it up at the Post Office !!
