  I went in to print Christmas card labels because my printer died on me. They were crazy busy during the holidays, so I didn't expect much. I was asking a question to the nice guy who initially told me they could help me when a female cut her eyes at me to tell me I needed to send my document in PDF format. It confused me because I wanted to upload a list of different email addresses to print on labels. I was asking if it could be the Excel format or if it needed to be in a mail merge. She was condescending when she said, “You have an option to save an Excel as a PDF. " I asked her if she was having a bad day because of the way she looked at me, she never smiled, and she wasn't trying to be helpful. She called me rude, and I explained that I wasn't being disrespectful; it was the way she treated me. I asked the question because I was hoping it wasn't me, but maybe the holiday craziness and/or something else that happened that day. I ended up leaving and not staying to print. It was definitely not the kind of experience that makes you feel you have a friend or partner in the printing space.

  I had a package delivered yesterday from UPS. The associate from UPS was very kind and went out of Her way. The package was a delivery of frozen steak. chicken and etc. The lady brought the package into the garage and opened it and proceeded to unload it and put it in the freezer for me. She also carried my other two packages and put them on my porch, because one of them was too heavy for me to carry. I really appreciated her helping me. I di thank her, but thought I should do more. She was greatly appreciated and I wish I had gotten her name. She delivered the package to AL HWY 227 Collinsville, AL. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond.
