She was quick and efficient but she was also patient and took her time to explain to all the customers everything that they needed to know. She was very kind and I would come back to this USPS just for the service that I received from Nancy. Also I'm not sure if they actually close at 1 p.m. since it's 1 p.m. now and they didn't lock the door.
