Even sending to a destination in the same county and paying Priority 2 day shipping, it takes at least a week before showing any progress on tracking. I mean if I’m mailing something to someone on the other side of the county I live in…why are my packages winding up in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and one time Kentucky. The staff should be fired, building burned to the ground and start over from scratch.

We have a small staff ready to assist you in offering you all services we provide. Please stop by Monday thru Friday 8am-11:30am and 1pm -4pm. Saturday 9am - 10:30am. Our Ralph location is set to open soon. To those of you post negative reviews, we can not remedy any issues we are not aware of. If by chance you have any questions or concerns please stop by. Thank you. In response to the reviews. Betty Watts: We are open M/F 8am -11:30am/ 1pm-4pm Sat 9am-10:30am. Stedmann Murray: The Fosters office does not deliver packages shipped for this location. We only deliver packages addressed to Fosters, Ralph and Knoxville Alabama.
