I pay for shipping and most times have to pick my packages up due to "dog"... I always get FedEx, UPS, and even walmart delivery no problem, and depending g on the driver USPS will drop off at my house. I don't really care too much for the one that keeps using my dog as an excuse to not get out. I literally pay for shipping. No other issues than this with USPS in my hometown.

I will start with part of it is my fault… I have moved homes and due to second nature ,living in the same house for my whole life till about two years ago, I see my address and don’t think much of it . Well I called see that the address was wrong and if they could with hold it. I asked plenty of questions about who can pick it up, how many days and can be there ( due to working till 5 pm , after closing hours) and she said that was fine and yes to everything question. My brother goes to pick it up and he says they sent it back. He stated our old address and my name nothing. I call and magically the package is there and that lady has the audacity to say at the end or the conversation it will only be held for today. Ten minutes after the package is in my siblings hand . WTH !!! I had never had an issue till these couple of times .

I NEVER thought that I would give a positive review for a USPS office. I have been to Post Offices across this country, and ALL are awful, pitiful, and with employees who seem like a cross between overworked zombies and people who choke kittens for fun. Well, this place has the FRIENDLIEST, most professional, most caring, and hardest working employees that I have ever seen. THANK YOU.
