No customer service skills required to work in this building. The lady inside always seems like she's hanging over and can never help with anything other than buying a stamps. The other man (not gentleman) thats in there some times just sits there looking like security and is a little helpful when his hungover co-worker needs help. But he's not getting up to look for your package or mail, he'll just point. Fort Mitchell, we have a long way to go but we can get there..our community deserves better service all around. But I have to shout out our mail carrier, he's so polite and just make you feel good when you interact with him. I can tell he's a Veteran that's still trying to serve his community.

All in all, I've never had an unsolvable issue with this office. They've never been rude, have seen them be sweet to the older 'regulars', been quick to resolve issues. Oftentimes the mail gets mis-delivered, but I've never known a post that did not. Overall, nice, clean & helpful.

This is by far the worst post office. I've had our flag up for 3 days, and not one mail carrier has come thru. We had to call to find out why our packages were not delivered to the house. They said because there's a dog in the gate, to which I said there's a back door and the fence doesn't go around there, had they checked. The lady, who claimed to be the postmaster, got snotty. Since then we haven't gotten much, if any, service. I'm sure mail is suppose to delivery regardless of rain, shine, sleet, or snow, or attitudes. No one made them take this job. Either do it or find ppl who will. This is unacceptable of the post office.

I went into the post office this afternoon and was immediately given disturbing looks of annoyance and inconvenience. The young lady whom was a medium complexion black woman with medium-short length black hair was very disrespectful. She acted as if she did not want to work today or assist my father and I with information about express shipping. She had a very rude and sarcastic smirk on her face as if the questions we asked for dumb. Before I left, she asked me "do you not know that there are 3 postal services." I wanted to reply with the same insulting of intelligence tone that she had, but I knew that would only make two fools in the room rather than one- her. I really hope management reads this and confronts her about this issue. Such a disappointment!

The best customer service and quickest service I've ever seen at a post office. Friendly staff. In most cases, it's quicker to drive from the Fort Benning Post Office to here, send what you need to, and make it back than it would be if you stood in line on Fort Benning.
