I feel like they get a bad wrap because they get bogged down with so many thousands upon thousands of packages to deliver and then end up working overtime and delivering YOUR packages sometimes later on at night just to make sure it gets to you. Have a heart, they are doing the best they can and the speed limit only allows them to drive so fast! Anyways thanks USPS in Foley, you guys are great and if my packages get to my house in one piece that's what matters 😂. Sorry people suck. Maybe I should start tipping my mail carrier because they are awesome 😎. Idk how I would do that, can you guys even accept tips?

Once again, another package is missing. Informed Delivery stated it was out for delivery and then showed it was delivered at 2:38pm. Nope, at least not at my house! This is the 4th package since summer time to come up missing, Filed claims, but nothing changes. It appears to me that FedEx, Amazon, and UPS can deliver packages reliably, but not the Post Office. Having to get my packages sent to another address if I want to get them now. Is there a theft ring at the Post Office? Looks like it to me!!

I live in the Primland subdivision in Foley, and we constantly have issues with packages coming up missing or being put in the wrong box. This just happened today with a package for my daughter. When I called the post office, I spoke to someone about the "informed delivery" notification showing that it had been delivered earlier this afternoon. The gentleman at the post office said that he would send a carrier out to look for the package. Well, he lied. When a carrier didn't show up at our boxes, my daughter called and spoke to the same worker that I spoke to, and he told her that it would have to wait until tomorrow because all the carriers had gone home. He said the only other option would be if he came out to look for the package... but he didn't. My daughter was heartbroken. She has been waiting for this package for weeks and to recieve an "informed delivery" notification stating that the package was delivered but find nothing in the box was not fun. But to also have a postal worker say that they will send someone out to look and then not, is just as awful. Please try harder postal carriers. These packages may not mean anything to you, but they mean a lot to the people who order them and patiently wait for them.
