The old staff was so cheerful and friendly. On top of that the markup is so incredible now. They quoted me $49 for a package that I went home got online UPS and print the label myself and the shipping was $16. I went in today to drop off the package and needed two 6 x 6 x 6" boxes and the lady quoted me $12 I don't even know how they could get $12 for 6 inch boxes. Save yourself time to get online UPS and don't bother with this place unless you're just dropping off packages and don't need Staff. They look like they don't even wanna be there
