-10. Carriers deliver packages to wrong address. Your package could come from China and they handled it correctly through the whole process, but it is guaranteed it will be lost when it touches Florence.

Worst branch in the area. It's either servers are down, can't print or packages never show leaving. If you have the option go to any other location.

don't waste your time coming to this post office. Every time I have came, they can never help you. They never know nothing. bald headed guy is rude. He doesn't say thank you he doesn't greet you. He just stares at you as if you're a piece of crap. Manager needs to check cameras and get rid of him. give the opportunity to someone who wants to work and who wants to be there. It's ridiculous. I will not be coming back here.
