Terrible management of customers and lines by the employees. Not a flicker of customer service to be seen.
I stood in the wrong line (no signage or communication from staff) only to be directed to the back of another long line. I expect to wait, but I also expect to be assisted after I wait. Not directed with no care to the back of another very long line.
Thankfully other customers saw this poor customer service and let me go ahead of them.

We had a line backed out the door. The manager at the time was so concerned he opened up every register and done everything possible to keep the line moving as fast as possible. I thought that was great service. I was very impressed! The whole team went above and beyond!

Terrible customer service. I paid $91 to overnight important documents and it was guaranteed and arrived late. UPS customer service makes you file claim with local store. I have called 4 times and the manager refuses to call me back to resolve issue. Don’t waste your time or money at this location

Drove over 25 minutes in holiday traffic to drop some returns off. Emplyee Ben Adam's locked the door as i approached at 6:29.I waited for somebody to walk out. I walkedin, and he said, we're closed. By then it was 6:33.
All for nothing, ouch

Waited in a crazy long line.. when it was finally our turn we told them we needed a notary.. they ask for what and THEN refused.. why be biased on what type of documentation???
