They constantly try to charge extra for everything — even for Amazon returns, which are supposed to be free. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and always seems to be looking for a way to squeeze more money out of customers. I’ve been here many times, and the experience is always negative. Unfortunately, this is the only UPS drop-off center in Florence, so there is no real choice — we are forced to come here. They often refuse certain UPS returns and make the process unnecessarily difficult. Extremely poor service, and absolutely no desire to ever come back if there were another option.

We have had to have multiple trips over the last few weeks and one time it we were clearly keeping her busy and she was so understanding and patient with us. I think she should be recognized as now a days it’s difficult to find good help that’s also friendly and kind.

It doesn't matter what time of day you ATTEMPT to conduct business - there will always be a line out the door and inevitably there will only be ONE employee handling the register while the rest of them do absolutely nothing to assist with the line going out the door. I watched a sweet little old man comment about there always being an insanely long line, then a bitter old female employee raised her voice from behind the counter and proceeded to talk to him like HE was the problem because he was visiting THEIR store (as if ANY of us have a choice since this is the only UPS Store in the entire Shoals area!) I've never seen so many rude employees who think the front counter isn't their problem while they refuse to acknowledge that there are several other registers. They're almost worse than DG employees!
