- CHCindy HolbrookFeb 16, 20261.0I HAVE HAD BAD POSTAL SEVICE WITH THE MAIL CARRIER FOR ABOUT 1 TO 2 YEARS NOW SINCE MARY RETIRED .THE FLAG WILL BE UP TO PICK UP MY MAIL AND THEY PUT MAIL ON TOP OF MY MAIL THAT IS SUPPOSED TO GO OUT VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CARRIER I AM GOING TO REPORT HIM OR HER TO MANAGER THIS IF 3RD OR 4TH TIME AND IT MAKES BILLS LATER
