You could have made it 3 stars, but since I was not able to remove the package from the postal boxes as shown below I had to no other choice but to cut the bag open to retrieve my goods,

We are in the 21st Century heading into 2026. 1 postal clerk scheduled for a working business weekday and we are lined up into the lobby. The U.S. Postal Service can afford to fully staff the front counter M-F. Also, customers that arrive unprepared, no box, no tape, no clue, no packaging, no labels, no completed lengthy international paperwork…outta the line! Bye bye! Come back prepared and allow those of us that arrived prepared to get to the counter. Thanks.

- JLJennifer LatshawSep 4, 20251.0I haven’t had any issues mailing my grandkids box’s for the he past 6, years until now. A box was delivered at 8:25 am and sent back at 8:32am. Seven minutes is not enough time for delivery. Now the package has been returned to me 5, states away smashed, crushed , and school supplies broken. Who’s in charge? They need to hire some more help.Normally a post it note is placed on your door informing you that a box has arrived. The prices continue to go up, and the quality of service is at an all time low. Update I had to pay another 20.00 return postage. I was told by Postal staff here that” ANYONE having delivery issues should contact their local Congress person. The issue will be corrected ASAP. Help is just a phone call away.Staff will be hired as compitant mail delivery is your right.🙏🙄🇺🇸🇺🇸
