- DGDavid and Diana GeorgeDec 13, 20251.0If you want to be price gouged, this is the place for you. They charged me $62 to ship a bathrobe and slippers that cost $50. The package weight was 1.7 pounds. Size was around 18 inches by 18 inches by 12 inches. If it was overnight, I would understand. This was UPS ground, which will take almost a week to get there. The destination is upstate NY, not international. To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge $45 for a cardboard box, some tape, and their "expertise" to package it properly. Instead, I bought the box and tape (for nearly $20... another rip off), and packaged it myself in front of her. To top it all off, the clerk was completely unapologetic about the exorbitant pricing. In fact, she got testy when I mentioned that I thought it was expensive. So to top it off, if you want to be price gouged and simultaneously experience horrible customer service, this is absolutely the place to go. If you don't I would avoid this place like the plague. I certainly plan to in the future.
