Terrica was the most empathetic person I have spoken with and gave me real, practical advice when everyone else seemed hesitant to say anything concrete. I know how hectic things are for everyone right now, and it really means a lot when people work this hard to help.

I brought an issue of a missing package to her attention and was treated like absolute garbage by her in front of a room full of people. It is utterly unacceptable behavior and she needs to be removed from her customer facing role immediately… the community deserves better.

We have complained about the mail carrier on multiple occasions but no corrective action has ever taken place. Driving on the sod, leaving packages halfway up the front steps as a trip and fall hazard almost seemingly on purpose after being told not to leave them there again . Yesterday, after another comaint, hearings the mail at 8:15 pm!! Really? A written comaint has been filed online with the USPS Inspector General.
