Terrica was the most empathetic person I have spoken with and gave me real, practical advice when everyone else seemed hesitant to say anything concrete. I know how hectic things are for everyone right now, and it really means a lot when people work this hard to help.

I brought an issue of a missing package to her attention and was treated like absolute garbage by her in front of a room full of people. It is utterly unacceptable behavior and she needs to be removed from her customer facing role immediately… the community deserves better.

I live on a dirt road, but my road is well maintained and has NEVER been impassible or closed. It is a very good road. Funny that it never happens with my regular carrier. I get tired of delays due to lazy drivers who don't do their job.
