- PWPam WhittenFeb 13, 20261.0I have used your store for various services since your opening. Today, as usual, I needed luggage tags and boarding passes printed for upcoming cruise. I have probably done this same service with your store at least a dozen times with no problem. I walk in and have everything pulled up on my phone and the employees print for me. Not today!! The young self proclaimed “ Android man” said he couldn’t touch my phone to help me. He was arrogant and stated he didnt know about my phone since he was an “Android man”. What usually takes 5 mins took around 20 or more. I asked him to let me have someone else help me and he refused. Came around the counter to then touch my phone to help. I will never let him “try” to help again; I will wait for other personnel to help me. He should have training in customer service.

Parking is horrible but it’s a small area with other stores attached. I’ve encountered friendly workers and workers who couldn’t care less to be there but overall it’s a decent location for your shipping needs.
