- KJKelly JacksonJan 13, 20235.0Ms. Brenda is a rare find at most post offices. She not only does her job, but has gone above and beyond helping me with mail and issues from other post offices. This is not my local post office, but we gladly drive out of our way for the service that we receive. The only issues we have ever had were due to internet/router issues that were beyond her control, and the delay in having to wait for others to repair the problem.
