- CGChad GriffithFeb 24, 20261.0I recieved a padded mailer shipped and paid at the counter of this post office. The employee charged for FCM Large Envelope. The problem is, padded mailers DO NOT NOW, NOR HAVE THEY EVER qualified for FCMLE. I had to pay the additional postage on this end because someone is failing to train their clerks properly!
