- CBCody BSep 19, 20251.0New lie this time to make an excuse not to deliver packages. They tried to say that "I requested the package for pickup" which was false then tried to say cause the box was ripped that they had to make the request for me... which is also a lie. Never in my life have I dealt with a post office that simply won't deliver packages.

When UPS delivers packages via USPS, most of the time if its bundlesome or heavy, it doesn't get delivered! My husband is disabled and I work outside the home. When I am off the post office is closed. This is terrible service. When you call the customer service number you cant speak to a person either.

Our mailbox was knocked down and instead of driving the mail down to us or taking it back to the post office and leaving a note to let us know HE PUT OUR MAIL IN OUR NEIGHBORS MAILBOX BIGG NO NO so of course he got chewed out about it and has been doing the most pettiest stuff since he makes no effort to bring down packages but he lies and states he makes attempts when he doesn’t my mother is retired and is at home every single day!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!!
- JHJerry HigginsAug 12, 20211.0Mail carrier damaged my driveway by spinning out and digging 2 big holes. I called the post office and all they would do is they would talk to the carrier. They refused to fix my driveway. So basically, they can mangle your property and you're stuck with fixing it.
