- KDKatie DunnaganOct 2, 20251.0Even if I am home if our gate is closed will not deliver any package no other delivery company has any issues I understand not opening the gate but everyone else at least leaves it with no problem so I don’t understand why I can never get a package delivered from USPS this last one I was at home and the dog was not outside and I got a notification 2 hours later that delivery was attempted but I never saw anyone I wish I had a way to never use this delivery service again
- CBCaron BowmanMar 25, 20211.0Delivery lady slings my mailbox door open and it gets stuck and doesn’t close it. Mail has been wet three times within the week, today it was open for the third straight day in a row, had a package in the box anyone could just pull up and grab, I have had to pick my mail up off the ground and look for it across the street and down the road from wind blowing it. This has been on a going since she started, I have asked her twice several months ago to close it and her reply was she did want to scratch her vehicle with my mailbox door, which didn’t make any sense to me. I would assume part of a delivery job would be to open and close the mailbox during your stop, otherwise there wouldn’t be doors on mailboxes.
