  When entering everyone was so friendly and there was a young man singing in the background. The service girl was name Charisma which from my Greek training come from the word charism meaning grace. Charisma is the output of that grace resting upon a person. What a trip , I felt like I was HOME. Great experience while I’ll be looking for more.

  I LOVE THE KINDNESS & POLITENESS OF THE EMPLOYEES. I ALSO EQUALLY LOVE THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO HIRE THE OLDER GENERATION INSTEAD OF SHUNNING THEM. THAT IS A HUGE PLUS IN WETHER I GOR TO A BUSINESS. NOW I DO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT THERE ARE SOME JOBS THAT OLDER PPL REALLY CANT DO BUT THERE ARE FAR MORE PLACES THAT OLDER PPL CAN DO IN THE JOB MARKET THAT CANT. SO WAY TO GO UPS STORE

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. If I could rate this without a star at alI, I would have.I purchased a book of postage stamps for $19, even though they normally cost $15.60. Before buying them, I specifically asked the employee if that was the standard price and was told they could only sell them for what the post office sells them for—which is clearly not true. Realizing the price difference, I went back into the store less than a minute later to return the stamps since they were unused and had literally just been purchased. I was told they could not accept them back, which made no sense given the circumstances. What made the situation even more frustrating was that just moments earlier I watched them accommodate another customer by mailing something for free because an employee had not confirmed the address correctly and the item had been returned to the customer. They were very willing to resolve that situation that took place almost a week ago, per the customer, yet would not allow a simple return that happened immediately after purchase. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were disappointing. Customers should be given accurate information and fair treatment.
