  I called to try to resolve an issue of packages being delivered to my business address that were not mine and not for that address. After delivering packages for them several times I called to try to sort it out. The first woman interrupted me 7 times. When I asked for a supervisor he wouldn't tell me if he was a real person, he interrupted me 4 times, then hung up without resolving the issue. I will never intentionally ship via fed ex again! Also, any packages left at 306 Maple Avenue in Geneva Alabama will sit outside in the rain until they rot before I'll deliver any more of them! If you are in Geneva and missing packages you might want to check there!

  FedEx is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I received notification that my shipment was left at my back door. I’m sorry, but if the driver cannot tell the difference between a back door and the middle of my driveway, then they do not need to be driving. This is not the first time that I have had sorry service from FedEx. I tried to call FedEx and verbalize my complaint, but I never got a human. When I asked the automated attendant to speak to customer service, I was asked the reason why. I told them it was a delivery issue and the message came back as “I’m sorry, but I cannot help you at this time.”

  My packages are always delivered to wrong address. I'm really tired of this because not all people are honest and bring your packages to you. I'm handicap and I can't go rambling through my neighbor to find my packages. If something can be done please do it. I live in Milmore Village mobilehome park. This is ridiculous service.

  This is an office store mostly for printing and can't really assist with package problems or shipping. They can't locate stolen packages all they can really do is put you through to customer service on phone and they are no help as well. If news came out tomorrow fedex was closing I would not he shocked in the tiniest bit. Worst shipping company ever. They make you drive here and then tell you have to go to a distribution center on other side of town. The trucks most be broke if they can't pick up fedex packages at a fedex location. This company is held together with duct tape and popsicle sticks its only a matter of time until it goes in the toilet.
