To the corporation, PLEASE put real people on the phone to handle non-anticipated questions. Your BOT received Zero Stars from me--where is that star rating for post? Again, Sadia took care of me not the bot.

Then after Christmas, I tried to ship a rifle scope off to get it repaired and they won't ship that either because they don't ship anything having to do with firearms!!! Absolutely infuriating. This company needs to get its head out of its butt and stop playing political games! There will be no third time for me!
- BLBeach LifeDec 17, 20251.0I've been to alot of ups locations but this one is the worst. It's always crowded and the staff is incompetent. The ups scan and go for returns is pointless. If it doesn't go in a bag which they don't keep the larger ones over there but if it doesn't fit in the clear plastic bag you have to wait 20 30 minutes in line to have the guy girl tell you all you have to do is ask. Every piece of equipment for the kiosk should be at the kiosk. From now on since ups has been so rude as to require it in a bag I'm just gonna slap the label on the box and let the employee put it in the right bag. After all that's what you are paying them to do. I'm tired of waiting in line at this location.

The manager was walking around acting pretty rude to the employees and it felt really uncomfortable. Plus, they charge $3 just to print a label, which seems way too high for such a simple service. The worst part though is how they treat people returning Amazon packages, especially older customers. It just feels like they’re annoyed you’re even there. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

She kept the flow going and had people in and out fast all while coming back and forth helping me. She was so sweet and patient!
