She tore my envelope saying it would mess up in the conveyor belt. Then made me buy a place sleeve for almost 3 dollars more. I send packages all the time through UPS, Fed ex, and USPS. This lady is always a bad experience and ruins my day.

Every single time I walk in here, I feel like I’m stepping inside a giant, stale cigarette carton. I’m not sure if the employees are smoking in the back or if the vents are just playing a cruel joke, but the air is completely stagnant and smells like a 1970s bowling alley. I’m honestly about to start driving 8 minutes out of my way to a different store just so I can mail a package without needing a shower afterward. Management, please circulate some air or find the source. This is awful. Staff is friendly and helpful.
