Their drivers are too scared to drive down dirt roads but they have to keep "trying" to deliver my package 3 times before they will finally hold it at the store so I can pick it up. I have been told to call the 1 800 number to tell them to just hold my packages everytime but I call everytime and they still don't listen. So this place is just stupid and no one knows how to read directions, whether it be a step by step on how to "find" my house or the notes in all capital letters that says to hold my packages at the facility and that I'll pick them up.

Almost got rear ended by a FedEx driver doing 25+ over the speed limit at the entrance and almost got smashed in the front by a lady getting off work who flew around the parking lot not paying attention and running through opposite lanes.
