They can't locate stolen packages all they can really do is put you through to customer service on phone and they are no help as well. If news came out tomorrow fedex was closing I would not he shocked in the tiniest bit. Worst shipping company ever. They make you drive here and then tell you have to go to a distribution center on other side of town. The trucks most be broke if they can't pick up fedex packages at a fedex location. This company is held together with duct tape and popsicle sticks its only a matter of time until it goes in the toilet.
