The people at the office are great, I'll be running anything valuable directly to the usps office.

- TJTeresa J.Feb 21, 20261.0Used priority mail service to send documents to Russellville, AL. Letter left facility on the Feb.17th still hasn't arrived it's the Feb. 21st. It went through Bessemer, Huntsville, Birmingham, Huntsville, Hartselle, then Bessemer again, for what I don't know. Now in transit again... You people wonder why we don't use you anymore. I was told that it needed to go from Decatur to Birmingham and then to the Russellville. That is not what I'm seeing. I will not be using the post office to mail out anything again.
