I gave it two stars because the Monday-Friday lady is awesome but everytime somethings missing or doesnt show, its on a weekend. It will say delivered and in a five minute span, I can walk outside, check the front, back, sides of the house and the mailbox, even the roof just in case yall are feeling a little crazy that day and its not there. A little communication from the company would be nice if the employees route was cut short or a man just wanted to go home, but please do not mark it as delivered. There are companies relying on USPS who are losing money due to this.

Guess they are too lazy to walk it to the door. Mail use to be delivered around 3-4 pm. Now I’m lucky to get it before 9pm some days lucky to get it at all. No one answers the phone it just rings for 30 minutes straight
