- RRRachelleFeb 12, 20261.0I came in here Feb 12 2026 at 11:40-11:45 or so young kinda red haired white girl working the copy center , I am not familiar with this staples so I asked her if she could fax for me she said um no you have to use the self service machines (she was not friendly) actually acted like I inconvenienced her asking a question! Anyway so I did everything and the machine said get an associate the machine needed service so she comes over and says idk what wrong with it let me ask I didn’t catch the name because she was mumbling as she walked away ! So she goes and gets who I guess is the manager it was a black woman she tells her there is another machine so as she is walking to me she said well there is another machine use that one so I’m like OK. The black lady comes over and she was like I don’t know what’s wrong with this machine and starts talking about I’m going on vacation and nobody better not bother me. I’m blocking my Facebook. I’m deactivating my Facebook. Nobody better not call me on my vacation and then start complaining about what the employees wasn’t and wouldn’t do what she was telling them to do and they didn’t do. Machine was out of paper so then it didn’t go through and the black lady looked at me. Do you have the right number and I had a professional paper from the state of Alabama and I was like yeah I had and I showed her the paper. Well sometimes those things are wrong. Check the number and then rolling her eyes talking mess. Nobody tried to help me one of the worst staples in experiences I’ve ever experienced. I don’t understand how people hire people that are not friendly to people. I don’t understand it. You never know what somebody’s going through and then you can’t even help !! I mean, that’s your job to help I mean normally I go to the one in Madison cause that’s where I live thankfully and they are so friendly they help it’s crazy
