They have always resolved any issue within hours and actually call you back to let you know what is being done to correct the issue. During their busiest time of year, I am still able to reach someone on the phone. Things get goofed up sometimes which is understandable, having excellent customer service always makes the situation better and that has been my experience with Deatsville USPS 100% of the time. Thank you and keep up the great work!
